In addition, we believe in supporting small, independent producers of superior speciality ingredients.

We have a flexible approach to menus, which will be tailored to your tastes and requirements. Although we can provide a very wide range of dishes and would be happy to offer suggestions, the actual menu can be designed by you to reflect your occasion.

With regard to wines, we would be delighted to advise you on suitable choices to complement our dishes. We have arrangements with an independent wine merchant, and can offer a comprehensive selection of wines at competitive prices.
